Structure Drawings  The product is a kind of device which deliver invariable torsional moment through magnetic filed. The structure of this product is very simple,non sliding friction,producing magnetic filed by permanent magnet(no need to set up an electric circuit,no electric control equipment).It has many advantages,such as with long life span,stable tension control,can adjust tension in a wide range conveniently.Our products can be used widely on equipments need offer stable torsional moment control or tension control.Such as:electric wire,electric cable,optical fiber,optical cable,steel cord,roboticized equipment,electron,chemical fiber and other industries. Adjust method and use tips:1.We suggest client adjust the scale interval up to above 4.If the tension is a little powerful in that case,you'd better choose a smaller size product.2.If use under scale interval 4,it may produce fore pulsation.Please eliminate pulsation as the ways introduced by the following item 3 .3.Loosen the tightening screw and turn the scale to 10 while turn the main axils,turn the scale to 0 slowly,then turn to the required scale value and screw down the locked bolt. 4.If there's tension pulsation situation when using,please repeat the steps of the above adjust methods 3 till get satisfied tension. 5. Use magnet to produce media magnetic field,so the material is a little high brittleness.Please don't disassemble when use it in case damage to the parts. |
